Wow Aliko Dangote Reportedly Was Behind Olamide & Don Jazzy’s Reconciliation

The beef between Don Jazzy and Olamide went as quickly as it came, and a new report suggests we have billionaire Aliko Dangote to thank for that.

The duo’s spat had begun on Saturday morning after Reekado Banks had been named winner of the Next Rated Award at the 2015 Hip Hop World Awards, much to Olamide’s disgust. 

Rants on stage and attacks on social media had led Nigerians to believe one of the biggest beefs in the industry may have been on the way, but both parties ended it barely a day later.

According to blogger Laila Ijeoma, the world’s richest black man had called Don Jazzy, collecting Olamide’s phone number from him and inviting both parties to his house.

The viral photo of their reconciliation, in which both artistes were seen holding hands, was reportedly taken in Dangote’s home. Thanks, Dangote!
